摘    要:
目的探讨工作坊模式在低年资护士培训中的效果。方法根据低年资护士的培训需求制订工作坊的内容,采用示范—练习-考核的工作坊模式对19名低年资(毕业后1~3年)护士进行培训。比较培训前后低年资护士综合能力及技能水平的差异。结果培训后低年资护士综合能力及技能水平均得到提高,培训前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用工作坊模式对低年资护士进行培训,有效地提高低年资护士学习的主观能动性及共同参与性,提高了低年资护士综合能力和技能水平。

Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of workshops on the training of junior nurses. Methods The training contents for workshops were worked out based on the demands from the junior nurses. The workshops took a paradigm of on which was rendered among 19 junior nurses. Then their general performances and their technical capability before the training were compared those after the training. Result The performances and the technical capability after the training were significantly improved (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The workshops used for training the junior nurses may be effective in enhancing their attitude to the training and their cooperation and increasing the comprehensive skills and ability.
