生物可吸收张力带固定治疗髌骨骨折

摘    要:
目的探讨可吸收螺钉+PDS线形成可吸收张力带治疗髌骨骨折的效果。方法采用可吸收螺钉+PDS线张力带固定的方法治疗髌骨骨折26例,术后石膏固定2~4周。结果 26例均获随访,时间为7~20(11±3.2)个月。患者骨折均骨性愈合,无再移位,无伤口感染。根据陆裕朴远期疗效评级:优17例,良6例,可2例,差1例。结论可吸收螺钉+PDS线张力带固定是治疗髌骨骨折的有效方法。

Abstract:
Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of treatment of patellar fracture using absorbable screws and PDS wires tension band.Methods 26 patients with patellar fractures were treated with poly-DL-lactic acid(PDLLA) absorbable screws and PDS(Polydioxanone) wires,accompanied with leg immobilization for 2~4 weeks by plaster after operation.Results 26 patients were followed up for 7~20(11±3.2) months postoperation.All fractures united and no local infection occurred.According to Lu Yu-pu's long-term knee joint function scoring: the outcome of 17 patients was excellent,6 good,2 fair,and 1 poor.Conclusions Fixation with absorbable screws and PDS wires is an effective method for treating patellar fracture.
