埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎临床疗效观察

目的观察埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的疗效。方法将84例经内镜证实的反流性食管炎患者分为治疗组46例,对照组38例,治疗组给予埃索美拉唑20mg,晨服1次,莫沙必利每次5mg,于餐前半小时口服;对照组给予埃索美拉唑20mg,晨服1次,疗程6周,停药后均行内镜复查。结果联合组临床有效率92.26%,内镜下有效率86.43%。对照组临床有效率76.87%,内镜下有效率65.25%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论埃索美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎比单用埃索美拉唑具有更好的疗效。

Clinical effect of the Esomeprazole combined with Mosapride against the reflux esophagitis

Objective To observe the effect of the Mosapride combined with Esomeprazole against the reflux esophagitis. Methods To divide the reflux esophagitis patients confirmed with endoscopy into the control group and the treatment group. The treatment group included 38 patients and the control group included 46 patients. The treatment group was treated with the Esomeprazole 20mg,once in the morning,Mosapride 5mg once half an hour before meal. The control group was treated with the Esomeprazole 20mg,once in the morning for 6 weeks. Endoscopy test was needed after the drug treatment. Results The effect rate of the treatment group was 92.26% while 86.43% under the endoscopy. The effect rate of the treatment group was 76.87% while 65.25% under the endoscopy. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Mosapride combined with Esomeprazole against the reflux esophagitis is better than using the Esomeprazole alone.
