锁骨中段移位骨折三种内固定方式临床疗效比较

目的探讨记忆合金接骨板、重建钢板、克氏针髓内固定术治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院通过三种内固定术治疗的160例锁骨中段骨折患者临床资料,其中记忆合金接骨板固定60例（A组）,重建钢板固定53例（B组）,克氏针髓内固定47例（C组）。结果A、B、C三组的优良率分别为95.0%、90.6%、74.5%;A组临床疗效最好,具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后并发症发生率低、骨折愈合时间短等特点,B组介于中间,C组疗效最差。结论三种手术方法均适用于治疗锁骨中段移位骨折,但从疗效上分析,以记忆合金接骨板为佳。

The comparative analysis on curative effects of three kinds of internal fixation methods in treatment of clavicular mid-piece fractures

Objective To explore the cureative effects of shape memory alloys,reconstruction plate and kirschnerg wire internal fixation in treatment of clavicular midpiece fractures. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 160 cases of clavicular midpiece fractures patients,including 60 cases with shape memory alloys operations （A group）,53 cases with reconstruction plate operation（B group）,and 47 cases with kirschnerg wire internal fixation operation（C group）. Results The fineness rates in A,B,C groups were 95.0%,90.6%,74.5% respectively. A group had a good clinical effect,with short operation time,little operation blood volume,low complication incidence rate after operation and short time of union fracture. B group had a middle clinical curative effect,but C group was worst. Conclusion All of the theree kinds of internal fixation methods are compatible to treat clavicle midpiece fracture patiets,but the clinical effect of shape memory alloys operations is the best.
