| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锁骨钩钢板(Clavicular Hook Plate,CHP)治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法 2005年6月～2008年12月,应用CHP治疗69例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者。结果术后69例患者获得随访,随访时间平均18个月。按肩锁关节脱位评分系统,优56例,良12例,差1例,优良率98.5%。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位,符合生物力学要求,操作简单,关节功能恢复快。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of acromioclavicular joint dislocation with clavicular hook plate. Methods From June 2005 to Dec 2008, 69 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocation for Tossy type Ⅲ were treated with clavicular hook plate. Results 69 patients receive follow-up, 18 months for average. According to acromioclavicular dislocation scoring system, excellent in 56 cases, good in 12 cases and bad in 1 case, fine rate is 98.5%.
