| 摘 要： | 目的 了解目前孕晚期妇女母乳喂养知识的掌握情况以及需求情况.方法 采用问卷调查法对102例孕妇进行母乳喂养知识及需求进行调查.结果 孕晚期妇女母乳喂养知识得分偏低,为(64.26±16.91)分,母乳喂养知识得分与孕妇的文化程度有关(P<0.01).孕妇对母乳喂养姿势及时间、促进乳汁分泌、母乳喂养常见问题的预防和处理方面的知识需求程度比较高.结论 医务工作者应该在围产保健过程中通过多种途径加强对孕妇的母乳喂养知识宣教,以提高母乳喂养率.
