| 摘 要： | 2004年初，国家科技部将“农村卫生适宜技术推广示范研究”项目滚动列入国家“十五”科技攻关计划。本文简要总结了项目目的、概况和主要进展，归纳了实施中的主要问题，并据此提出了关于加强农村卫生适宜技术推广机制建设的建议。

| Abstract: | The program of demonstrating and extending appropriate technology for rural health has been put onto the list of the 10th five year plan by Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology since early 2004. This article summarized the object, general situation and development of the program, including main problems during the practice, presenting advice to strengthen the system construction. |
