摘    要:
目的有效控制中国赴苏丹维和部队营区的蚊虫密度,降低疟疾、乙脑等蚊媒传染病的发生。方法室外采用灯诱法、帐篷内采用吸蚊器捕捉法采集蚊虫,评价综合灭蚊措施的防灭蚊效果。结论采集发现,伊蚊属未定种占43.3%、按蚊属未定种占17.9%。通过采取环境治理、物理防治、化学防治等综合措施,营区外环境蚊密度下降58.6%-72.4%;帐篷内蚊密度控制0-2只/帐篷。结论综合防治措施能做到将帐篷内蚊密度控制在基本无蚊,但外环境孳生水体较多时,对有效控制蚊虫密度存在很大难度。

Abstract:
Objective Objective To efficacy control mosquito density in Peacekeeping unit camp of United Nations mission in Sudan and reduce mosquito vector infection such as malaria and Japanese B encephalitis. Methods Mosquitoes were collected with lamp-trap in surroundings and with mosq-trap in tents to estimate effect of integration control measure. Result The mosquito density was reduced 58.6%~72.4% in entironment of camp and reached 0~2 mosquitoes in every tent compared pre-control through surroundings, physical and chemical control. The main strain is Aedes(43.3%) and Anopheles is only about 17.9% account for all mosquitoes. conclusion Mosquitoes in tents can be controled near zero by integrate measure, but it is very difficult to control mosquitoes density in small surroudings when there have many breed sites around camp.
