乙肝病毒前S1抗原与其病毒复制的关系探讨

目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)前S1抗原(PreS1Ag)与乙肝病毒DNA(HBV-DNA)和乙型肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)之间的关系,以找出既方便操作又能反映病毒复制的指针,为乙型肝炎的诊断、疗效评估提供科学依据。方法89例临床标本分别采用定量PCR技术检测HBV-DNA载量;采用化学发光法检测HBeAg;采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测前S1抗原。结果45例HBV-DNA PCR阳性标本中,pre-S1阳性34例,HBeAg阳性19例,两种检测结果间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论血清preS1,HBeAg与HBV复制密切相关。作为反映HBV复制的指标,pre-S1优于HBeAg,pre-S1在HBV的诊断和疗效评估方面有重要的临床应用价值。

A Discussion about the Relationship between PerS1 Antigen and HBV Replication

Objective To study the relationship between HBVDNA and preS1 antigen or HBeAg,and providing a scientific basis for diagnosis and evaluation of therapy of HBV.Methods In 89 serum samples of clinical patient, HBV DNA was tested by polymerase chain reaction,preS1 antigen was detected by ELISA and HBeAg was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA).Results In 45 samples whose HBV DNA positive,34 samples were preS1 antigen positive and 19 samples were HBeAg positive.Therewere a significantly difference between preS1 and HBeAg for detection of HBV replication(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum preS1 antigen and HBeAg closely correlates with HBV replication.PreS1 is better than HBeAg for detection of HBV replication.
