乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的研究

目的　观察乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法　将 32例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,2组患者分别于入院后第 1,4 ,8天测定血清淀粉酶和血常规 ,结合临床症状及APACHEⅡ评分系统观察分析乌司他丁的临床疗效。结果　治疗组血清淀粉酶、血白细胞计数及APACHEⅡ评分值在入院后第 4 ,8天均明显下降 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论　乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎疗效肯定 ,有较好的临床应用价值

Study of ulinastain on acute pancreatitis

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of ulinastain on acute pancreatitis and to discuss the action mechanism.Methods Thirty-two patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The serum amylase and the blood regular test in the two groups were detected on the first, fourth and eighth day after hospitalized. According to the clinical syndrome and APACHE Ⅱ metewand, the clinical effect of ulinastain were observed and analyzed.Results On the fourth and eighth day after hospitalized, the serum amylase, WBC and APACHE Ⅱ score in treatment group were obvious decreased. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of ulinastain on acute pancreatitis is affirmative in significant. Ulinastain has better clinical applied value.
