| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性肾损伤的临床特点.方法对131例急性肾损伤患者的临床资料进行分析.结果急性肾损伤发病率3.01%,非老年组常见病因是以肾毒性药物使用、动物毒素及感染等因素为主,而老年组则以梗阻引起肾后性为主.老年组的治愈率低于非老年组,病死率高于非老年组.结论控制加重因素,合理肾脏替代治疗是提高治老年急性肾损伤愈率,减少死亡率的主要治疗措施. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features of acute kidney injury（AKI）.Method One hundred and thirty-one patients with acute kidney injury were included in this retrospective study.Results The incidence of AKI was 3.01%.The common causes of AKI were use of nephrotoxic drug,zootoxin and infection in the non-elder（65y）,and were obstruction caused by neoplasms and urinary calculi in the elder（65～79 y）and in the eldest（≥ 80y）.The cure rate was significantly lower in the eldest and the elder than in the non-elder,and the mortality rate was significantly higher in the eldest and the elder than in the non-elder.Conclusion Comprehensive medical treatment combined with renal replacetment has satisfactory effect on acute kidney injury in improving the cure rate and reducing the mortality rate. |
