| 摘 要： | CD5 + B细胞由早期的前体细胞发育而来 ,不依赖骨髓 ,是一类具有重要功能的 B细胞亚群。在多种自身免疫性疾病和 B淋巴细胞系恶性肿瘤患者体内均有 CD5 + B细胞数量和 (或 )功能的异常。在艾滋病、肝炎、精神分裂症及肝损伤后再生过程中也有 CD5 + B细胞的异常改变 ,提示 CD5 + B细胞可能具有广泛的临床意义

| Abstract: | CD5 + B cells are derived from early stage precursors independently on bone marrow. It is an important subtype of B cells. Abnormalities of number and function of CD5 + B cells are found in several kinds of autoimmune diseases and B lymphocyte malignancies. Recently,the abnormalities are also found in AIDS,hepatitis, schizophrenia and the regeneration of liver cells, which indicates that CD5 + B cell may have extensively clinical significance. |
