非小细胞肺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞亚群分析及临床意义

摘    要:
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者细胞免疫功能的变化及其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞仪检测非小细胞肺癌患者及正常成人外周血中淋巴细胞亚群比例、CD4 /CD8 比值。结果与正常人比较,非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中的CD3 、CD4 CD3 细胞数及CD4 /CD8 比值明显降低(P<0.01),CD8 CD3 细胞数明显升高(P<0.05),NK细胞略有升高(P>0.05)。晚期、分化差的患者较早期、分化好的患者,其CD3 、CD4 CD3 细胞数及CD4 /CD8 比值降低,而CD8 CD3 细胞数则相对升高。T淋巴细胞亚群表达与非小细胞肺癌的病理类型、临床分期及病理学分级无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者的细胞免疫功能低下,检测患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达对评估患者的细胞免疫功能及疾病的诊断具有重要意义。

Abstract:
Objective To study the chang of peripheral cell immune function and its clinical significance in non-small cell lung cancer.Methods To determine the CD3~ ,CD4~ ,CD8~ ,CD4~ /CD8~ ,Nk cell in peripheralblood of non-small cell lung cancer and healthy adult by flowcytometer (FCM).Results The level of CD3~ ,CD4~ and CD4~ /CD8~ ratio were decreased significantly in comparison with normal control (P<0.01),CD8~ cells were increased significantly ( P<0.05),NK cells were increased (P> 0.05). The number of CD3~ ,CD4~ and the ratio of CD4~ /CD8~ in patient group with later period,bad degeneration was also lower than those in group with earlier period well degeneration,but the number of CD8~ was higher.The histological type,TNM stages and pathological grades didn't influence the expression in T lymphocyte sub-group ( P>0.05).Conclusion The cellular immune function of the patients with non-small cell lung cancer tumors was lowered.It is of active significance by detecting Tlymphocyte sub-group in peripheral vein in patients with cancer for estimating the function of cell immune and diagnosis.
