| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年无症状心肌缺血患与老年对照组的外周血活化血小板的差异。方法：用荧光抗体对20例老年无症状心肌缺血患与34例老年对照作血液标记，以流式细胞术进行测试，用Simulset程序获取数据并分析结果，用PEMS软件进行统计。结果：老年无症状心肌缺血组较老年对照组CD62P明显不同，差异有显性（P＜0．05）。结论：活化血小板百分比与无症状心肌缺血的发生呈正相关，可作为老年无症状心肌缺血免疫诊断的指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the difference of activated platelet in peripheral blood between aged patients with silent myocardial ischemia (SMI) and aged health controls. Methods: Blood sample of 20 aged patients with SMI and 34 controls were marked with fluorescence antibody and detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Taking and analyses of data were performed by Simulset programme. Statistics of data were made by PEMS software. Results: CD62P significantly increased in aged patients with SMI compared with aged health controls (P<0. 05). Conclusion: There is positive correlation between SMI and activated platelet percentage; activated platelet detection can serve as immunodiagnosis index for aged patients with SMI. |
