| 摘 要： | 对９６例甲状腺疾病的声像图表现与病理结果进行对照分析。结果表明，腺瘤以混合性回声居多，甲状腺以不均质低回声表现为主，且常伴有钙化结节。在甲状腺多发性结节中，良恶性病变并存的发生率不低，本组达２８．５７％，应引起警惕。结论临床本文还对几种常见的甲状腺疾病的鉴别诊断进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Sonogram and pathologic type of 96 cases of thyroid disease were studied comparatively. The results showed that thyroid adenoma apperared as a mixed echoic node while thyroid carcinoma as a heterogeneous hypoechoic one. It should also be noticed that the incidence of benign and malignant lesions co - existing in poly nodular thyroid was not low, which is 28. 57% (4/14) in this group. Moreever, several common thyroid diseases were differentiated by ultrasonography combined with clinical manifestation in this paper. |
