| 摘 要： | 对济南市城市医院承办乡镇卫生院的背景、做法、必要性和可行性进行调研和分析。结论认为,该市的做法对于统筹城乡卫生资源配置,促进城乡卫生和谐发展具有重要意义和作用,可作为现阶段我国城市卫生支援农村卫生的一种重要模式加以推广。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and analysis of background,modus operandi,essentiality and feasibility to township health centers undertaken by Ji'nan city hospitals,this paper gave a conclusion that the modus operandi of Ji'nan has a great significance to health resource allocation planed as a whole between city and county,and can promotes harmonious development between urban and rural health enterprise.The modus operandi and experience should be popularized as a model of city health services to support county ones. |
