摘    要:本实验用透射电镜观察了5例宫颈湿疣、25例外阴湿疣的超微结构,研究结果表明:生殖道疣病变影响上皮全层,其形态特点是细胞核染色质凝集深染成致密团块,核外形欠规整,细胞内层胞质围绕细胞核形成一透明带。凹空细胞首先见于副基底层,至中层出现典型凹空细胞特点,延续至上皮表层。细胞核内可见大量染色质之间粒、染色质周围颗粒和核小体。以上结构及凹空细胞的出现是人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染生殖道上皮的特征性形态学改变。作者认为除湿疣中出现典型的凹空细胞外,生殖道疣细胞核内出现大量的染色质之间颗粒、染色质周围颗粒及核小体与HPV感染有关。

Abstract:38 biopsies from the human genital warts, including 5 from cervix and 25 from vulva, were examined by transmission electron microscopy in order to study the ultrastructural characteristic features of the tissues. The cytopathologic changes affect all layers of the epithelium in gential warts. The koilocytosis can be observed in each sample which was characterized by a large translucent zone completely or partly surrounding the nucleus which were hyperchromatin and irregular in shape. The koilocytosis first appeared in cells of the parabasal layer, evidently in the intermediate stratum and extended to the surface of the epithelium. The cells of the basal and parabasal stratum were obviously hyperplastic. Numerons perichromatin granules, interchromatin granules and nuclear bodies were shown in nuclei which have not been stressed sufficiently in previous report. Some reports had revealed that there were a relationship between those struetures and infection of virus, furthermore, it was obviously that HPV was related to the infection of the lower genital tracts. In conclusion, it may be stated that perichromatin granules, interchromatin granules and nuclear bodies which were mainly distributed in nuclei are related to the infection with HPV in lower genital tracts.
