大黄素对鹌鹑脂质代谢的影响研究

摘    要:目的探讨大黄素对鹌鹑脂质代谢的影响。方法将鹌鹑随机分成七组,每组各10只,分别为普通对照组(1组)、高脂对照组(2组)、高脂 不同剂量组(3、4、5组)、高脂 降脂药组(6组)、高脂 vitE组(7组)。灌胃给药8周,分别在2、4、8周末测定血脂代谢情况。结果高脂对照组8周末,血清TC和TG、FIB显著升高HDL-C/TC比值降低。大黄素组可明显降低血清TC、TG、和FIB,使HDL-C/TC比值升高。结论鹌鹑为高脂血症模型的理想动物,大黄素有较好的抑制高脂血症的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of emodin on lipid metabolism of the quails. Methods The quails were randomly divided into 7 groups,each contained 10 quails,they were the normal control group(group 1),the hyperlipidemia contrast group(group 2),three groups of hyperlipidemia plus different dosage levels of emodin(groups 3,4 and 5),the group received lipid-reducing drugs(group 6) and the group of hyperlipemia plus vitamin E(group 7).Administration through gastric tube for successive 8 weeks,and blood-lipid metabolism was monitored at the 2nd,4th and 8th weekends. Results Serum TC,TG and FIB raised and ratio HDL-C/TC declined in group 2 obviously.Among the emodin groups,the serum TC,TG and FIB were lowered and ratio HDL-C/TC increased.Conclusion Quails are good model animals for hyperlipidemia study,and the results suggest that emodin inhibits experimental hyperlipidemia.
