中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床观察

目的 观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效.方法 将78例糖尿病肾病患者分为治疗组（40例）与对照组（38例）,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加以补肝益肾活血化瘀的方药治疗糖尿病肾病,对照组仅西医常规治疗,3个月后观察两组疗效及实验室指标变化情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为84.6%,明显高于对照组的51.3% 治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量检测值明显降低,血黏稠度减低,总胆固醇减低,以上指标均优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 补肝益肾活血化瘀方药治疗糖尿病肾病具有调整脂代谢、减少蛋白尿、改善血黏度和延缓肾功能减退进程等作用.

CHnical observation about the combination therapy of chinese traditional and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the the clinical curative effect of the combination therapy of chinese traditional and westem medicine on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 78 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into the control group（38 patients） and the treatment group（40 patients）. The treatment group was given the Chinese herbs of tonification liver and kidney and the conventional therapy, the control group was given the conventional therapy only. After 3 months, the change of the curative effect and the experimental indicators were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.6% and the total effective rate of the control group was 51.3%. The quantity of urine protein of 24 hours, plasma viscosity and total cholesterol decreased in the treatment group after 3 months, which was more obvious than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Chinese herbs of tonification liver and kidney and activating blood to remove sta- sis can decrease the quantity of urine protein, improve the plasma viscosity, adjust fat metabolism and delay the aggravation of the renal function.
