| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌中Bcl—xl和VEGF—C蛋白的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测131例非小细胞肺癌组织中Bcl—xl和VEGF—C蛋白的表达。结果Bcl—xl蛋白的阳性表达与分化程度和TNM分期比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．01，P〈0．05）；VEGF—C的表达与非小细胞肺癌的病理类型密切相关，腺癌中表达率最高（P〈0．05）；在术中淋巴结检测为阳性的病例，VEGF—C的表达明显增强（P〈0．01）。两个表达无相关性。结论Bcl—xl和VEGF—C蛋白的检测对肺癌患者的诊疗和预后有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of the expression of Bcl - xl and VEGF- C protein in nonsmall cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods Using immunohistochemical technique method, 131 patients with lung cancer were examined. Results With the positive Bcl - xl protein expression and the differentiation and TNM staging, there was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of VEGF - C correlated highly with adenocarcinoma （P 〈 0. 05）. In the case of lymph node tested positive for the expression, VEGF - C enhanced obviously （P 〈0.01）. Two express unrelated. Conclusion Bel - xl and VEGF - C protein detection for lung cancer diagnosis and prognosis has positive significance. |
