小腿带蒂组织瓣与植骨在胫骨外露感染中的应用体会

目的探讨小腿不同类型带蒂组织瓣与自体骨移植在创伤后胫骨外露、骨感染中的临床应用。方法运用不同类型带蒂组织瓣与自体骨移植，对创伤后不同程度的骨外露、骨感染进行治疗。结果16例创伤后骨感染、骨外露患者，经不同类型组织瓣琚自体骨移植治疗，15例Ⅰ期愈合，1例换药2个月后Ⅱ期缝合。皮瓣无坏死。16例患者均在手术1年后骨折愈合。结论选择不同类型带蒂组织瓣与自体骨移植，治疗创伤后胫骨外露、骨感染，既解决了骨的覆盖问题，又达到防治骨感染促进骨愈合的目的，是一种安全有效的方法，具有广泛的临床应用价值。

Treatment experience in the application of the different types crus tissue flaps with pedicle and autologous bone in wound queen tibia

Objective To discuss clinical application of the different types crus tissue flaps with pedicle and autologous bone in wound queen tibia. Methods To cure different extent bone exposure and bone infected patients by application of the different types crus tissue flaps with pedicle and autologous bone in wound queen tibia. Results 16 cases with hone affects or bone exposure after trauma,were treated by different type organizes piece and autologous bone implantation. 15 cases had been healed by first intention. 1 cases changed fresh dressing for a wound queen Ⅱ expects suture after two months. Skin is recognized there being no necrosis. 16 cases all get the status of fracture healing after operation for 1 year. Conclusion Now that making good use of different types tissue flaps with pedicle and autologous bone in therapy of bone exposure and bone infected ,not only slove bone covering problem, but also make the aim to bone infected provention and control. It＇s a safe effective method and has broad clinic wielding value.
