鼻内窥镜下额窦骨瘤手术

目的 探讨额窦骨瘤的手术方式及适应证.方法 分析7例额窦骨瘤手术病例中骨瘤的位置、大小和手术方式.结果 7例病例均顺利经鼻内窥镜手术切除.结论 额窦骨瘤位于额窦眼眶内外侧缘中垂直面以内,基底呈蒂状,大小可通过额窦口,且额隐窝宽敞者可经鼻内窥镜手术切除,较大的额窦骨瘤宜采用鼻外进路.

Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Osteomas of Frontal Sinus

Objective To study the guide as osteomas of frontal sinus. Methods The location of osteomas,and surgical procedures that 7cases of osteomas of frontal sinus were analyzed. Results All the 7 patients that osteomas of frontal sinus were removed well - of by endooseopie sinus surgery. Conclusion The endonasal approach should considered for frontal sinus osteomas if the osteoma can be achieved endonasally. The osteoma is located the inside of middle line which as a virtual sagittal plane between the inside and outside of orbit. The asteoma base is attachment at the frontal sinus wall with a pedicel.The bigger one is better operate by a lateral rhinotomy.
