腹腔镜与开腹切除良性卵巢肿瘤的护理比较

目的探讨妇科卵巢肿瘤切除的最佳治疗和护理。方法2008年3月至2009年2月实施腹腔镜下卵巢肿瘤切除术48例，同期实施开腹卵巢肿瘤切除术42例，两组进行对比、分析。结果两组患者手术均获得成功，术后随访无1例并发症，90例患者均痊愈。两组患者在手术时间、术中出血、术后疼痛、恢复情况等方面，经统计学处理有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论腹腔镜卵巢肿瘤切除术较开腹手术具有创伤小、患者术后疼痛轻、能早期下床活动、缩短患者手术的恢复时间等优点，能提高治疗效果和效率。

Contrast on nursing of patients with ovarian benign tumors excision by celioscope or laparotomy

Objective To explore the best care and treatment of gynecologic ovarian benign tumors excision. Methods Selected two groups carried out gynecologic ovarian tumors excision during March 2008 to February 2009, one group with 48 cases for celioscope and another with 42 cases for laparotomy, two groups were contrasted and analyzed. Results The two group of surgery were all successful, the 90 patients were all cured and no complications occured. Through statistical, the two group of operation had obviously different in time of operation, hemorrhage of operation, the pain after operation, recovery and so on （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The operation compared celioscope with laparotomy have many advantages, such as less wound and hemorrhage and hurt, shorter operative time, early move off sickbed, more quick recovery after operation, finally raise therapeutic result and efficiency.
