PVP治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折43例临床分析

目的探讨经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法采用经皮穿刺椎体成形术对43例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者进行了治疗并进行早期随访。结果43例术后患者中，痊愈22例，部分缓解17例，轻度缓解3例，术后1例因心脏疾病死亡。有效率达90．7％。术后均获随访3～12个月发现患者腰背部疼痛均明冠缓解，翻身自如，能自主行走，无脊髓神经损伤、肺栓塞等并发症发生。结论经皮穿刺椎体成形术能迅速缓解疼痛，且随访过程中疗效确切，可恢复部分椎体高度及后凸角度，是治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的一种有效方法。

Clinical analysis of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures which treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty

Objective Probe the clinical efficacy of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures which treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods Used PVP in 43 elderly patients with osteoporotie thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture patients were treated with early follow - up. Results 43 cases of patients, 22 cases to achieve cure, partial response in 17 cases, mild to ease in 3 cases, one cases of death due to heart disease after operation. Effective rate was 90.7%. The patients were followed up 3 to 12 months, the low back pain were all significantly ease, turn over freely, can walk by oneself, and without spinal cord, pulmonary embolism and other complications occurred. Conclusion PVP can quickly relieve pain,and the follow -up of the exact efficacy of the process,restore some vertebral height and kyphosis angle, the treatment of elderly OVCF is an effective way.
