贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的观察贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法把87例符合人选条件的患者随机分为三组，血压被控制在130／80mmHg以下，疗程为12周，治疗前后测定24h尿蛋白定量，同时测定肾功能、血糖、血钾。结果治疗12周后，三组治疗前后血压均显著下降（P〈0．05），三组24h尿蛋白定量治疗后较治疗前均有显著下降，贝那普利联合缬沙坦治疗组尿蛋白下降程度明显优于贝那普利组与缬沙坦组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论贝那普利和缬沙坦联合用药降低糖尿病肾病患者尿蛋白疗效优于单一用药，且副作用少。

Effects of treating diabetic nephropathy by benazapril and vaisartan

Objective To observe the clinical effective of benazepril （BEN） and valsatan （VAL） on treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods 87 cases were randomly divided into three groups, A goal of blood pressure （BP） control was 130/ 80 mmHg or less in the three groups. Treatment period lasted for 12 weeks. 24 hours quantitative test of urinary protein for urinary protein were measured before and after treatment. These results were converted into logarithmic values. We also measured BP,renal function, fasting blood ucose and blood potassium levels. Rusults After treatment of 12 weeks, BP values in the three groups declined significantly compared （P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of 24 hours quantitative test of urinary protein in the threegroups decreased significandy in comparison with pretreatmen. More significant in Combination therapy （ COM ） group compared to that of Benazapril （ BEN ） and Valsartan （VAL） groups（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The Combination therapy （ COM ） group with Benazapril （BEN） and Valsartan （VAL） is more effective on reducing urinary protein in Diabetic Nephropathy compared with monotherapy.
