曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛50例疗效观察

目的 观察曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性.方法 将100例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例.对照组常规给予硝酸酯类、钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂、抗血小板药物等 治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀钙.两组均治疗8周.监测心电图及肌酸激酶、心绞痛控制情况及硝酸甘油消耗量 治疗前后检测总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数及肝肾功能,并记录药物不良反应.结果 治疗8周后,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.01） 治疗组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白、白细胞计数均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.01） 对照组治疗前后观察指标无显著差异（P〉0.05） 治疗组的心绞痛控制情况显著优于对照组（P〈0.01） 两组不良反应发生率无显著差异.结论 曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效.

Clinical observation of 50 cases unstable angina pectoris by Trimetazidine combined with Atorvastatin Calcium
