急性化脓性阑尾炎术后并发症的防治

目的探讨急性化脓性阑尾炎术后并发症的临床防治措施。方法回顾分析2006年1月至2009年8月笔者所在医院收治的420例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果在420例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者中发生并发症27例，占总手术人数的6．4％。结论急性化脓性阑尾炎是普通外科常见急腹症，大多数发病急、进展怏、病情重．如果不及时进行合理的诊断、处理、治疗，术后并发症就会明显增加。高度重视急性化脓阑尾炎治疗的时机和方法，对减少术后并发症是十分重要的。

Preventive treatment of complications after surgery on acute suppurative appendicitis

Objective To explore some effective preventive measures to reduce the incidence of complications caused by surgery on acute suppurative appendicitis. Methods To analyze retrospectively the clinical data of 420 cases concerning acute suppurative appendicitis. All of these eases were admitted from January 2006 to August 2009 at Sichuan Renshou Chinese Medicine Hospital. Results Among the 420 surgeries on acute suppurative appendicitis, 27 cases were companied by complications, which accounted for 6.4% in all the eases. Conclusion As a kind of common acute abdomen in general surget3, acute suppurative appendicitis often occurs urgently and worsens quiekly. If proper treatment were not available to them in time, complications after surgeries will increasingly arise. To lower the incidence of complications, we should pay more attention to the favorable time and clinical methods treating acute suppurative appendicitis.
