比较两种肠内营养在食管癌术后吻合口瘘治疗中的临床体会

目的比较两种肠内营养在食管癌术后吻合口瘘治疗中的临床疗效。方法对笔者所在医院1999年1月至2009年4月（共381例食管癌术后）的18例吻合口瘘患者的临床资料进行分析总结，其中1999年1月至2004年12月（第一阶段201例术后）发生吻合口瘘10例，肠内营养支持疗法一般以米汤、鱼汤、肉汤为主。2005年1月至2009年4月（第二阶段180例术后）发生吻合口瘘8例，肠内营养主要以安素、瑞能、瑞代等为主。结果第一阶段吻合口瘘10例，6例死亡；第二阶段吻合口瘘8例，2例死亡。结论安素、瑞能及瑞代对吻合口瘘的治疗疗效满意。

Comparison of two kinds of enteral nutrition for anastomotic fistula after esophageal carcinoma operation

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of two kinds of enteral nutrition for anastomotic fistula after esophageal carcinoma operation. Methods To summarize up the therapeutic experience of 18 cases of patients with anastoo r motic fistula after esophageal carcinoma operation （totally 381 surgical cases） from January 1999 to April 2009. There were 10 cases of patients suffering from anastomotic fistula after esophageal carcinoma operation （totally 201 surgical cases） in the first stage from January 1999 to December 2004. The enteral nutrition supporting therapy of this stage was mainly rice - water, fish - soup and gravy soup. There were 8 cases of patients suffering from anastomotic fistula after esophageal carcinoma operation （totally 180 surgical cases） in the second stage from January 2005 to April 2009. The enteral nutrition supporting therapy of this stage was mainly ensure, supportan and fresubin diabetes. Results There were 10 and 8 cases of anastomotic fistula after esophageal carcinoma operation in the first and second stage. Respectively 6 and 2 cases died in the first and second stage. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Ensure, Supportan and Fresubin diabetes as enteral nutrition material on anastomotic fistula after esophageal carcinoma operation is well.
