内镜下诊断消化道恶性肿瘤158例分析

目的 了解笔者所在医院就诊患者消化道恶性肿瘤的发病情况.方法 统计从2007年6月至2008年1月在笔者所在医院经胃镜或结肠镜检查并经病理确诊的158例消化道恶性肿瘤患者的发病情况,对其性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、病理类型、家庭地址进行登记和分析.结果 消化道恶性肿瘤患者158例,其中男110例,女48例.年龄以50～69岁之间为最多,98例,占全部患者的62.03%,肿瘤部位以食管癌和贲门胃癌最多.卫辉市54例,淇县23例,浚县20例,延津县18例,鹤壁市16例,滑县13例,辉县市8例,新乡市2例,封丘县2例,内黄县1例,林州市1例.结论 消化道恶性肿瘤男性发病率高（69.62%）,年龄以50～69岁最多,为62.03%,30岁以上的年轻患者也不少见,占3.8%.患者多来自于卫辉（占34.18%）及其周边县市,以淇县（14.56%）、浚县（12.66%）、延津县（11.39%）、鹤壁市（10.13%）、滑县（8.23%）、辉县（5.06%）为主,与其地理位置上距离笔者所在医院较近及交通方便有关.

Clinical analysis on 158 patients with digestive tract tumors discovered by endoscopy

Methods One hundred and fifty - eight patients suffering from malignant tumors of digestive tract were diagnosed by endoscopy and hiopsy in the first affiliated hospital of Xinxiang medical college from June, 2007 to January, 2008, and all their information were recorded and analysed including their name, sex, age, the organ source of tumors, pathological diagnosis, and their address. Results 158 cases, male 110 cases, female 48 cases; Age： the most aged 50 -69, 98 cases（62.03% ） ; The most organ source of tumors were esophagus and stomach. Address： Weihui 54 cases,Qixian 23 cases, Xunxian 20 cases, Yanjin 18 cases, Hebi 16 cases, Huaxian 13 cases, Huixian 8 cases, Xinxiang 2 cases,. Fengqiu 2 cases, Neihuang 1 cases, Linzhou 1 cases. Conclusion Male patients are more than female, And it＇s rate is 69. 62%. and about 3.8% patients are between 30 and 39 years old. Patients mainly come from Weihul （34. 18%） and regions around the town, such as Qixian （ 14.56% ）, Xunxian （ 12.66% ）, Yanjin （11.39%）, Hebi （10. 13% ）, Huaxian （8.23%）, Huixian （5.06%）, it is maybe related to traffic.
