腮腺炎性病变的CT表现

目的 探讨ＣＴ对腮腺炎性病变的诊断价值。材料与方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的１２例腮腺炎性病变的ＣＴ表现，并与病理所见进行对照研究。结果 １２例腮腺，７例双侧腮腺呈弥漫性增大，密度增高；５例单侧腮腺内见软组织肿块影，其中３例肿块较弥漫，密度不均。边界模糊，２例肿块较局限，密度较均匀，边缘模糊；１例腮腺体积缩小，手术均未发现腮腺内肿块。结论 ＣＴ对大部分腮腺炎能作出正确诊断．

CT Manifestations of Parotitis

Objective To evaluate CT scanning in the diagnosis of parotitis.Materials and Methods CT findings in 12 cases with pathologically proved parotitis were retrospectively analyzed, and a comparison with pathologic findings was made.Results In 7 cases, the parotid glands were bilateral diffusely enlarged with slightly high density. Five cases showed soft tissue mass in unilateral parotid gland. The mass was ill marginated with heterogeneous density in 3, and localized ill marginated with homogeneous density in 2. The parotid gland decreased in size in one case. On surgery no mass was found in all 12 patients.Conclusion For most instances, CT images allows a confident diagnosis of parotitis to be made.
