超重及肥胖儿童健康知识和健康行为干预实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨对超重及肥胖儿童进行健康知识和健康行为干预的有效方法、途径、内容。方法:通过基线调查发现超重及肥胖儿童在健康生活方式中存在着一定问题。根据研究目的将被试儿童分为干预组和对照组,经统计分析两组的均衡性齐。对于干预组儿童进行为期一学期的健康教育干预实验,干预后复测,并于3个月后对干预组进行追踪调查。结果:干预后,干预组儿童知识部分总得分,包括生活方式知识、营养知识、运动知识明显高于对照组(P<0.05);饮食行为得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。追踪调查,干预组知识部分总得分及生活方式知识项目得分低于干预后得分,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。其他部分追踪调查得分与干预后得分差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:本次干预实验方法可行,内容适当,效果基本稳定。

Abstract:Objective:To study the valid method and contents of intervening the overweight and obesity children's health knowledge and behavior.Methods:There were some questions about health life style among overweight and obesity children in the basic investigate.81 case were randomly divided into intervention group(n=41) and control group(n=40).The balance between the two groups was tested statistically.The children in the intervention group received intervention for one term.After intervention the pupil's healthy questionnaire in both groups were assessed again.Three months after the intervention,carry on the track-inquisition towards intervention group in the pupil's healthy questionnaire.Results:After the intervention,the total score of the knowledge(includeing knowledge of life style,nutrition and sports),and the score of the meal behavior of the intervention group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of the knowledge and the score of the knowledge on life style in track investigate were lower than that after intervention(P<0.05).In the other parts,the score in track investigate were as high as after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:The methods of intervention study are appropriated,the contents of the intervention are suitable and the effect of intervention is stability.
