| 摘 要： | 苦参生物碱是豆科植物苦参的主要有效成分,碱是一类具有与苦参次碱-15-酮（matridine-15-ketone）基本化学结构相似的化合物,属于四环的喹嗪啶类（quinolizidine）,分子骨架可看作二个喹嗪啶环的稠合体。苦参生物碱具有调节血脂、抗心律失常、抗肿瘤、抗肝纤维化、免疫调节等多种药理作用,目前广泛应用于临床。本文就苦参生物碱的研究进展作一概述。

| Abstract: | Sophora alkaloids, isolated from Leguminosae Sophora flavescens Ait. , are considered to be the main effective component, which are a class of compounds of matridine-15-ketone basic chemical structure. Sophora alkaloids belong to quinolizidine, which molecular skeleton can be seen as two molecules of quinoliz- idine fusion. They have ranous pharmacolog fun ction such as regulating blood lipid, anti-arrhythmic, anti- tumor, anti-liver fibrosis, immunity-regulation and so, and they have been applied in clinical widely. In the article we make an outline on the pharmacology research advance of Sophora alkaloids. |
