龙脑樟有性繁殖后代叶油分析

摘    要:目的分析龙脑樟有性繁殖后代变异情况。方法以龙脑樟有性繁殖后代的3个月和12个月实生苗为材料,对其叶片的挥发油进行GC和GC-MS分析,以主要的9个成分的相对百分含量为指标对样本进行聚类,并对主要成分进行相关性分析。结果栽培3个月的幼苗产生2种化学型,即黄樟油素型和丁香酚甲醚型;栽培12个月的幼苗成分较栽培3个月的幼苗成分复杂,形成了龙脑型,同时形成了樟脑型、桉油素型、异橙花叔醇型。结论龙脑樟有性繁殖后代会发生化学变异,其中只有60%保持了母本特性。

Analysis on Chemical Components of Leaf Oil from Reproductive Progenies of Cinnamomum camphora chvar. Borneol

Abstract:Objective To analyze the variations in the chemical components of leaf oil extracting fromreproductive progenies of Cinnamomum camphora chvar. Borneol. Methods The leaf oils of three month ortwelve month old seedlings was analyzed by GC and GC-MS. According to nines main components of theessential oil, a dendrogram of all samples was made and the correlation of main components was analyzed.Result Analysis on leaf oil of three month old seedlings showed two chemotypes, safrole and methyleugenol.Analysis on leaf oil of twelve month old seedlings showed four chemotypes, borneol, camphor, cineole andIsonelidol. Conclusion Chemical components of leaf oil from reproductive progenies of Cinnamomumcamphora chvar. Borneol is different, and only 60% propagated progenies keep the same features as theirparents of Cinnamomum camphora chvar. Borneol.
