| Abstract: | The social value of the medical records is to be incarnated by the utilization of medical records, and the medical record is concentrated manifestation of the quality of the health care. The evidences in medical records can ensure the right and interests of both the doctors and patients. So we should pay specially attention to the security of the medical records while we utilize the information in the medical records. Administrators must improve qualities in the round, and offer the valuable data in the medical records to the society. |
