双J管内引流在上尿路疾病51例的应用

目的 为了探讨双J管内引流在上尿路疾病中的应用效果。方法 回顾分析2000年1月～2001年1月间在上尿路疾病中采用术中或内窥镜下放置双J管内引流51例,包括上尿路结石、肾盂输尿管连接部狭窄、输尿管狭窄、输尿管膀胱移植、ESWL前和ESWL后。结果 内置双J管引流使伤口漏尿、感染等手术并发症减少,并促进肾功能的明显改善。结论 双J管的应用对防止上尿路手术后漏尿和狭窄、术后病情恢复具有重要作用,并为一些特殊类型的上尿路梗阻提供了有效的治疗手段。

Double J ureteral stent in the management of upper urinary tract diseases(report of 51 cases)

Objective To evaluate the role of double J ureteral stent in the management of upper urinary tract diseases. Methods From Jan. 2000 to Jan. 2001, double J ureteral stents was used in 51 patients suffered from calculous diseases of upper urinary tract, PUJ obstruction, ureteral stricture, pre-ESWL, post-ESWL and some other conditions. The stenl was placed mostly during open operation while in some endoscopically and have been placed indwelling for 2 weeks to 20 months. Results Surgical complications such as urinary leakage and wound infection markedly decreased, meanwhile, renal function improved better. Conclusions Double J ureteral stent was very helpful in preventing urinary leakage and ureteral stricture. In addition,it also provided a therapeutical means for some special kinds of upper urinary tract obstruction.
