摘    要:
目的:探讨大枣中性多糖(JDP-N)体外对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内活性氧(ROS)的影响。方法:采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)测定活性氧。结果:大枣中性多糖作用后巨噬细胞内DCFH-DA荧光强度明显降低。结论:大枣中性多糖具有抗小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内活性氧作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To study the effect of Jujube date polysaccharide (JDP-N) on reactive oxygen species (ROS) in macrophages of mice. Methods: ROS was determined by Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope. Results: Fluorescence of DCFH-DA in macrophages dropped obviously treated with JDP-N. Conclusion: JDP-N can reduce reactive oxygen species in macrophages of mice.
