门诊糖尿病患者胰岛素注射针头使用现状调查分析

目的了解胰岛素注射装置,针头使用及废弃针头处理的现状,并进行分析,旨在发现针对注射胰岛素的患者健康教育中存在的薄弱环节。方法采用自行设计的"胰岛素注射针头使用情况"调查问卷,对门诊133例糖尿病患者进行调查,内容涉及注射装置类型,针头长度,是否更换过针头,更换针头的原因,有无重复使用针头的情况及重复使用的次数及原因,废弃针头的处理方法。结果 88.0%的患者使用短针头,80.5%的患者重复使用针头,其中节省费用是重复使用针头的主要原因;仅有18.8%的患者采用正确的方法处理废弃针头。结论目前门诊糖尿病患者胰岛素注射针头使用情况欠佳,建议教育者运用PDCA循环加强胰岛素注射针头使用的风险教育及管理,以保证胰岛素注射更加安全。

Current Situation of Insulin Injection Needle Usage in Outpatient Diabetes Patients

Objective To investigate the application of insulin injection devices and needle usage and how to dispose of discarded needles and to find the weaknesses in health education for diabetes patients. Methods Totally 133 outpatients were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire to collect information on types of injection device, the length of needles, whether to replace the needles or not, the number and causes of repeated needle usage and the way to manage discarded needles. Results Totally 88.0% of the patients used the short needle and 80.5% of them reused them for the sake of cost. Only 18.8% patients disposed of discarded needles safely. Conclusion Diabetes patients in outpatient lack knowledge on how to use insulin injection needles safely so risk education and management about the usage of insulin needles by PDCA cycle should be strengthened to ensure the safety of insulin injection.
