恶性肿瘤患者中性粒细胞减少并感染的临床分析

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者中性粒细胞(ANC)减少与发生感染的相关因素及防治措施。方法:对79例恶性肿瘤患者粒细胞减少作回顾性分析。结果:79例患者共发生感染41例,随着中性粒细胞减少而感染率明显升高,感染与中性粒细胞减少持续时间有关。感染的部位以呼吸道为主。主要采用联合抗生素治疗。结论:恶性肿瘤患者中性粒细胞减少是感染的高危人群,中性粒细胞减少持续时间是重要危险因素,合理使用现代诊疗技术和抗生素,是预防和控制感染的重要措施。

Clinical analysis on neutropenic malignent tumor patients with infection

Objective To study the correlative factors and the prevention measures for neutropenic malignant tumor patients with infection. Method The review to analyse 79 patients with malignant tumor of neutropenia. Results There were 41 patients complicated infection in 79 patients. The rate of infection rises obviously with the neutropenia.The infection relates to the lasting time of neutropenia. The position of infection is mainly on respiratory tract. Patients are treated by unite antibiotics primarily. Conclusion The malignant tumor patients with neutropenia are high danger crowd of infection. The lasting time is an important dangerous factor during neutropenia. It is an important measure to prevent and control infection that the antibiotic and modern technology of diagnose and reasonal treatment are used.
