氩离子凝固术治疗非静脉曲张性消化道出血94例分析

目的探讨氩离子凝固术在非静脉曲张性消化道出血治疗中的临床价值。方法对94例非静脉曲张性消化道出血患者进行单纯氩离子凝固止血或联合药物注射止血。结果94例患者中,89例成功止血,止血成功率为94.6%,随访1个月无再出血;5例于治疗后反复再出血,转外科手术或行腹部血管栓塞介入治疗。18例出现治疗局部腹痛或压痛;2例出现黏膜下气肿,发生率为21%。结论氩离子凝固术用于非静脉曲张性消化道出血止血成功率高,并发症少,安全性高,尤适用于弥漫性消化道病变所致的慢性渗血。

Analysis of APC in 94 cases with nonvariceal gastrointestinal bleeding

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of the endoscopic argon plasma coagulation in gastrointestinal bleeding.[Method] 94 cases with gastrointestinal bleeding were treated with argon plasma or combination with endoscopic injection hemostasis.[Result] Of 94 cases with gastrointestinal bleeding,89(94.6%)cases were treated successfully,and none rehaemorrhaged within 1 month follow-up.5 cases rehaemorrhaged during hospital time and were transfered to other therapy.Major complications were located pain or tenderness and detected in 18 cases.[Conclusion] APC showed high efficacy and safety in gastrointestinal bleeding,especially in slow errhysis due to diffuse lesions.
