训练中突发意识障碍31例分析

目的总结分析部队训练中突发意识障碍的原因,临床特点及急救处理的经验教训。方法对31例训练中突发意识障碍的发病情况及诊治过程进行回顾分析。结果发病人群以新兵(兵龄<1年)为主,占67.7%;发病时间以部队强化训练期(11～1月份)为主,占74.2%;意识障碍的原因以癔症为主(51.6%),低血糖次之(22.6%)。31例中29例治愈,2例死亡(均为低血糖昏迷)。结论癔症与低血糖昏迷是部队训练中突发意识障碍的常见原因,应针对这两种情况制定切实可靠的措施。

Observation on 31 Patients with Consciousness Disturbance during Training

Objective To study the clinical features of different consciousness disorders during traning. Methods Retrospective analysis was done on 31 patients with consciousness disorders in the past four years so that their clinical features can be summarized and a preventive way can be found out. Results Consciousness disturbance were inclined to occur more eazily in the recruits when the military training was so hard. Conclusion It is sugcstcd that a reliable way to preventing consciousness disorder should be establislled during military training.
