进修人员手卫生执行情况的调查与分析

目的探讨进修人员手卫生执行情况及其影响因素,为做好进修人员的手卫生管理提供依据。方法以来自不同级别医院的1 240名进修人员为调查对象,由受过专门培训的医院感染专职人员到进修人员所在科室,在进修人员不知情的前提下,按照统一设计的表格和观察方法调查其手卫生执行情况。结果进修人员的手卫生执行率为35.28%,来自不同级别医院的进修人员手卫生执行率差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。随着来院时间的延长,其手卫生执行率从14.67%提高到58.45%,且进修人员的肥皂洗手法的执行率高于速干手消毒剂擦手法。结论进修人员的手卫生执行率偏低,采取针对性措施可以逐渐提高其手卫生执行率。

Investigation and analysis of the hand hygiene compliance among training staff

Objective To explore the hand hygiene compliance of training staff and its influencing factors,then to provide the basis for their hand hygiene management. Methods A total of 1 240 cases from hospitals with different levels were involved. They were observed by the specially trained staff from hospital infection management departments, according to an unified observation form about the hand hygiene behavior. Results The compliance rate of hand hygiene was 35.28%. There were statistical differences among nurses from different - level hospitals （ P 〈 0.01 ）. With the growth of training time, the rates increased from 14.67% to 58.45%. Conclusion The rate of hand hygiene compliance among training staff is low,and it is necessary to take specific measures to gradually improve their hand hygiene compliance.
