脂肪酸类物质对白纹伊蚊的触角电生理影响及引诱作用

摘    要:目的在室内测试5种人体汗液中的脂肪酸类物质对白纹伊蚊的触角电位影响和引诱效果。方法触角电位仪测试白纹伊蚊对酸类物质的触角电位反应,"T"型嗅觉仪测试酸类物质对白纹伊蚊的引诱作用。结果触角电位测试中,辛酸和L-乳酸引起白纹伊蚊明显的触角电位变化,在10μl/ml剂量时引发了最大的触角电位反应,平均EAG反应测定值分别为(2.768±0.457)mV和(1.945±0.783)mV;肉豆蔻酸、苯甲酸和壬酸不能引发白纹伊蚊明显的触角电位变化(P〉0.05)。在引诱效果测试中,辛酸浓度大于1μl/ml时对白纹伊蚊有明显引诱作用(76.65±1.09,P=0.016),浓度达到10μl/ml时,对白纹伊蚊引诱作用可超过80%(P=0.002 9);乳酸在10μl/ml对白纹伊蚊有微弱引诱作用[(60.34±3.88)%,P=0.04],0.1μl/ml和1μl/ml浓度引诱作用与对照之间没有统计学意义(P=0.362)。肉豆蔻酸、苯甲酸和壬酸在本次测试的3个浓度,处理臂中的蚊虫数量与对照臂中的数量之间没有明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论辛酸和L-乳酸引起白纹伊蚊明显的触角电位变化,并表现对白纹伊蚊的引诱作用,今后将在野外进行引诱效果测试。

Abstract:Objective To test electrophysiological responses and attraction of Aedes albopictus to five fatty acids in human sweat in laboratory. Methods Electroantennogram (EAG) and "T" olfaetometer were adopted to test elee- trophysiological responses and attraction effects respectively. Results Results of EAG studies indicated that L-lac- tic acid and octanoic acid elicited significant EAG effect except tetradecinoic acid, benzoic acid and nonanoic acid, In particular, L-lactic acid and oetanoic acid elicited a maximum EAG response of an average(2.768 ± 0. 457)mV and( 1. 945 ± 0. 783 ) mV at 10 μl/ml respectively. Results of attractive studies showed that octanoic acid elicited significant attraction that averaged of 76.65 and 80% at 1 μl/ml and 10 μl/ml respectively. L-lactic acid elicited attraction that averaged of 60.34% (P = 0. 04) at 10 μL/ml, but L-lactic acid did not attract Aedes albopictus with no differences be- tween responses to treatment and control at any doses ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion L-lactic acid and octanoic acid e- licits significant EAG response and shows specific attraction to Aedes albopictus in laboratory. Further attraction test for L-lactic acid and oetanoic acid to Aedes albopictus would be conducted in the field.
