| 摘 要： | 目的:综述霉酚酸酯(MMF)在肾脏病中的应用;方法:对国内和国外近年来有关MMF在肾脏病治疗中的研究资料文献进行综合分析;结果:目前MMF已广泛应用于抗肾脏移植排斥反应和免疫性肾小球疾病的治疗;结论:MMF对免疫性肾小球疾病有较好的疗效,特别是对传统疗法疗效不好的IV型狼疮性肾炎.

| Abstract: | Objective:To review the research situation about mycopheholate mofetil (MMF)treatment of kindney disease.Methods:Collecting and summarizing the related literatures within and outside of China in recent years.Results:MMF had been used in renel transplating and therap in glomerular disease. Conclusions:MMF is an effective drug for glomerular disease,especialy for patients with diffuse Lupus nephritis. |
