喷消净灭菌效果及毒性实验研究

目的 喷消净是一种在此次灾区广泛使用含乙烯吡咯酮碘与薄荷醇等的复方消毒剂,为了解其杀消效果及毒性.方法 用载体定量法与动物试验法对其杀灭微生物效果与毒性进行了研究.结果 含有效碘100mg/L的喷消争溶液对纸片上的大肠杆茵,金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,含有效碘600mg/L该溶液对纸片上的白色念珠菌作用20min,杀灭率均＞99.90%.溶液在54℃放置14d,有效碘下降率为5.76%.该消毒剂对小鼠经口LD50＞5000mg/kg,属实际无毒级,蓄积系数K＞5、为弱蓄积毒性,对家兔皮肤无刺激性,小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子致畸试验均为阴性.结论 该复合消毒荆杀菌效果好,性能稳定,毒性较低;适宜在震后应急救援时广泛使用.
