阴道镜检查宫颈疾病204例临床分析

目的探讨电子阴道镜在基层宫颈疾病诊断中的实际应用价值，及早发现子宫颈癌前病变并早期干预，降低农村妇女子宫颈癌的发病率。方法2005年11月-2007年6月筛选门诊不定期宫颈疾病患者204例进行阴道镜检查，在阴道镜指导下活检并与组织病理学结果相比较。结果204例中病理学诊断为宫颈炎127例，CIN Ⅰ-CIN Ⅲ74例，宫颈癌2例，宫颈湿疣1例，诊断准确率99．5％，CIN Ⅰ72．1％，CIN Ⅱ80％，CIN Ⅲ100％。结论阴道镜检查在基层医院诊断子宫颈癌前病变，宫颈癌时经济实用，值得推广，结合病理学检查，可以明显提高诊断准确率。

Clinical Analysis of 204 Cases of Cervical Lesion Tested by Colposcopy

Objective To investigate the actual application value of the electronics colposcopy on testing cervical lesion in the basic level. Methods From November 2005 to June 2007,204 cases of patients with cervical lesion were tested by eolposcopy, and biopsy under colposcopy guidance were compared with histopathology. Results In 204 cases, 127 were cervical inflammation,74 were CIN Ⅰ -CIN Ⅲ, 2 were cervical cancer, 1 was cervical condyloma, accuracy was 99.5%. Accuracy of CIN Ⅰ was 72.1%, CIN Ⅱ 80.0%, and CIN Ⅲ 100.0%. Conclusion In primary level hospital, colposcopic examination was effective in the diagnosis of cervical precancer lesion and cervical cancer, and worthy of popularizationg. Accuracy of eolposeopic examination can be increased when combined with histopathology examination.
