江门市传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)的血清流行病学调查研究

摘    要:目的分析江门市各类人群SARS冠状病毒血清IgG抗体水平。方法采集不同人群血标本,检测血清SARS冠状病毒IgG抗体。结果检测各类人群血清标本208份,SARS冠状病毒血清IgG抗体阳性53份,阳性率为25.48%;其中临床确诊SARS病人和高暴露人群阳性率分别为100.00%(47/47)和11.54%(6/52);临床发热的疑似病人及健康人群血标本,检测血清SARS冠状病毒IgG抗体,结果均为阴性。结论SARS冠状病毒是江门市本次SARS流行的主要病原体,在这次疫情暴发之前,人群对SARS冠状病毒普遍易感,江门市SARS监测和防控工作任务相当艰巨,面临极大的挑战。

Abstract:Objective The study was conducted to analyze the serum IgG level of SARS coronavirus among kinds of people in Jiangmen City. Methods Blood samples from different groups of people were taken to test the serum IgG level of SARS coronavirus. Results Among 208 serum samples from groups of people, there were 53 with positive serum IgG antibody of SARS coronavirus, with positive rate of 25.48%. Among them, the positive rate of SARS patients decided clinically and people highly exposed were 100.00% (47/47) and 11.54% (6/52) ,respectively.The blood samples from suspected patients with fever clinically and healthy people were tested, and all were negative for serum IgG antibody of SARS coronavirus. Conclusion SARS coronavirus was the main pathogen for this prevalence of SARS in Jiangmen City. Before the epidemic outbreak, people were generally susceptible to SARS coronavirus. The task for SARS monitoring, prevention and control in Jiangmen City is very tough, and faced with a great challenge.
