| Abstract: | Imaging findings were reported in an unusual case of endobronchial lipomatous hamartoma obstructing the left mainstem bronchus. Computed tomography readily demonstrated the presence of fat density within the lesion narrowing the differential diagnosis to endobronchial lipoma or lipomatous hamartoma. |
