界首市全球基金TB/HIV双重感染防治项目五年效果评价

目的分析和评价界首市第五轮全球基金TB/HIV双重感染防治项目实施结果,为今后艾滋病与结核病防治探索出一种科学、可行的工作模式。方法对项目执行期间的报表、专题调查、项目督导和工作考核等资料进行统计分析。结果 TB/HIV双重感染防治工作支持环境得到改善,对登记的1 919例结核病患者检测,HIV阳性抗体检出率为0.21%;对可随访的1 183例艾滋病病毒感染者和病人检测,检测率达到100%,结核病检出率为2.28%;对27例TB/HIV双重感染者抗艾滋病病毒治疗25例,复方新诺明预防性治疗27例,抗结核病治疗27例,涂阳病人治愈率为90.91%;涂阴病人完成治疗率为100%。结论全球基金TB/HIV双重感染防治项目的实施促进了界首市的双重感染防控工作,TB患者和AIDS的双向检测及双重感染者的及时治疗,对控制结核病和艾滋病的流行具有重要意义,应长期开展。

Evaluation of effect on TB and HIV co - infection prevention and control of the fifth round of the Global Fund Program in Jieshou City

Objective To analyze and evaluate TB/HIV dual infection prevention and control effects of the fifth round of the global fund in Jieshou city, in order to find a scientific, feasible operating mode for AIDS and TB control in the future. Methods Quarterly and annual reports, special survey, project monitoring and evaluation data were collected and ana- lyzed. Results The supporting environment of TB/HIV dual infection prevention and Control was improved. During the program implementation period, 1919 TB patients were registered, HIV antibody positive detection rate was 0.21% ; among 1183 cases of AIDS patients being followed - up, all of the cases were dectcted for tuberculosis, and the detection rate was 2.28%. A total of 27 TB/HIV patients were registered, all of them were administered anti -TB medication, and the cure rate of smear positive patients was 90.91%. The completion rate of treatment among smear negative patients was 100%. Conclusion The implementation of the Global Fund Program on TB and HIV co - infection prevention and control promo- ted the dual infection prevention and control in Jieshou city. Timely bidirectional detection and treatment of patients with TB and AIDS double infection were important in control of tuberculosis and AIDS epidemic, and should been. carried out on a long - term basis.
