针灸治疗中风选穴规律的古代文献研究

目的:检索从晋代到清代针灸治疗中风的古代文献,总结出治疗中风病的高频次穴位及组穴规律。方法:将中风病名、症状确立为中风检索词,通过建立数据库、频数分析、支持度对比的方法,总结出中风病总体腧穴运用频次,半身不遂、口眼斜、语言不利3大症状腧穴运用频次及经络腧穴相关性。结果:中风治疗总体用穴频次和支持度居前5位的腧穴是百会、合谷、曲池、足三里、肩髃;辨证取穴方面,则体现了分部取穴和循经取穴的选穴规律;经络腧穴相关性方面,用穴、取经多集中在阳经和督脉,体现了辨证与辨经相结合。结论:古代文献关于中风病的治疗主要以针对症状为主、病因病机为辅,分部取穴和循经取穴为其选穴规律。

Literature research on acupoints selection of stroke treated by acupuncture

Objective: Retrieved the literature of stroke treated by acupuncture from the Jin Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,and summarized the high frequency acupoints selection of stroke and the discipline of acupoints combination.Methods: The disease name and the symptoms of stroke were the search terms.Through the database creation,frequency analysis and the comparison of support degree,we summarized the total acupoints selection frequency of stroke,the acupoints selection frequency of hemiplegia,facial distortion and slurred speech of stroke and the relation of meridians and acupoints.Results: The top 5 of the total acupoints selection frequency of stroke were: Baihui,Hegu,Quchi,Zusanli,Jianyu.In acupoints selection depended on symptoms,it showed the discipline of local part selection and followed meridians selection.In the the relation of meridians and acupoints,it showed the acupoints mainly selected in yang meridians and Du meridians and the combination of dialectics and meridian differentiation.Conclusion: The literature on the stroke treatment mainly depended on symptoms,and supplemented by etiology and pathogensis.The local part selection and followed meridians selection were the disciplines of acupoint selection.
