益气开秘方对慢输型便秘疗效和生存质量的影响

目的：探讨益气开秘方对结肠慢输型便秘患者临床症状及生存质量的影响。方法：采用前瞻性、随机、阳性药物平行对照的临床试验方法，以莫沙必利为阳性对照药，治疗组和对照组各纳入30例患者，疗程为28d。结果：益气开秘方中药治疗组总有效率为63．33％，莫沙必利组总有效率为46．67％。经治两组临床症状总积分和各项积分较治疗前均有所下降。其中治疗组对于粪便性状和腹胀主症的改善程度明显优于对照组（P〈0．01），对于一次排便持续时间的改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后较治疗前各项生命质量评分均有所提高，而两组治疗前后各项生命质量评分组间均无明显差异。结论：益气开秘方治疗结肠慢传输型便秘有较好的临床疗效，能明显改善便秘临床症状，提高生活质量。

Effects of"Yiqi Kaimi Decoction"on Slow Transit Constipation and Quality of Life

Objective： To investigate the effect of ＂Yiqi Kaimi Decoction＂on the symptoms of slow transit constipation and life quality of patients. Methods： A Prospective and randomized clinical study was made and the mosapride was selected as positive control drug. Both the treatment group and control group enrolled 30 patients respectively. The course of treatment is of 28 days. Results： The total response rate of ＂Yiqi Kaimi Decoction＂is 63.33% and that of mosapride is 46.67%, After treatment, the clinical symptom score and every single score of the both groups were decreased significantly. The treatment group is significantly better than the control group in the items of feces character, abdominal distension and defecation time. The scores of life quality in both group were increased significantly, with no significant difference between the two group. Conclusion： ＂Yiqi Kaimi Decoction＇had certain effects on slow transit constipation and could improve the life quality of the patients.
